How to measure for Perfect Fit Blinds
Perfect Fit blinds are the easiest blinds to measure for, but it is important you factor in any obscurities first so that the measurements are as accurate as possible. Before you start to measure you will first need to see whether perfect fit blinds will be suitable for your windows/doors. Perfect fit blinds have a special bracket system, which means you don’t have to drill or screw into the frame, this means they are only compatible with internally beaded uPVC window frames. It is also important that you check around the window for any obstructions such as window handles. We advise a minimum of 25mm clearance on all sides.
For the measurements you will need to measure three areas. Firstly, measure the visible glass size, (width x depth) and then the window frame depth.

How to install Perfect Fit Blinds
Perfect Fit blinds require no tools when installing them to your windows or doors. Start off by building your frame. Lay all your parts out and start to slot all the sides together, starting with the top and bottom parts. Then you are going to need to fit your brackets between your window pane and the rubber window seal. Hold a credit/debit card length way up as a template and line up the bracket with the end of the card, then slide the bracket into place. Lastly, to install your perfect fit blind simply line up the holes in your frame with your brackets and firmly press on each bracket.
Top Tips: If the brackets are difficult to place behind the window seal, you can use some washing up liquid as lubricant on the flat part of the bracket.
