Roman blinds with 1:1 ratio mechanisms are ideal for smaller, lighter blinds. This type of mechanism is a direct drive so it folds the roman blind up faster than what a 1:4 ratio mechanism would.
In most cases, this mechanism does not require a continuous chain, and a chain breakaway device can be used instead, which makes the blind easier to fit as you do not need to install a P Clip onto the wall.
This mechanism fits a 5mm square tilt rod, and will come complete with an idle end cap too, per the image.
We recommend a maximum fabric weight of upto 4kg when using this control.
